        Cool. 😀 Yeah, I really love it, and the instructors at my college are really cool. But I haven’t been able to skate much lately because the rink nearby is under construction. Riding’s keeping me in shape, and I do love it, but I miss being able to skate.

        I skated for a short while as well, but it’s just not my thing. Hopefully I do get back into riding again, a new barn opened up, but it’s a bit pricy.

      Sweet! 😀 I rode a horse named Romeo on Thursday who was kinda slow-ish, and a big giraffe of a horse, but he had a really nice canter and jumped nicely for me. ^^

Guys guys I dissected a frog in class today! It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but maybe that’s because my nose is stuffed and I couldn’t smell anything.

Anyways, I’m proud of myself because in my group, I was the one that did most of the cutting-up of the frog (without any throwing-up on my part. 😛 )

  Am I the only one who wonders why frogs are dissected? What about other animals? Just wondering if there was a specific reason

    I think frogs are small enough not to be overwhelming, and quick too. I do know that next year (or the year after?) in biology we dissect cats, so it’s not just frogs.

      Cats are one of the best animals, they are so smart and awesome and fluffy! DISSECTING CATS! Inhuman!

        I know! I love cats too, and I was horrified when I found out. I personally don’t agree with it, but… what can you do? A lot of schools do it, and I don’t think it will stop until animal testing in research stops as well. There are pros and cons to everything, I guess.

        At least you have the choice whether or not you actually get to dissect the cat (in my school you do, anyway). I don’t think you’re forced to do it, right? I myself would never dissect a cat, though.

        I WILL NEVER DISSECT ANY ANIMAL. ^sniffs^ I am a nature person. I hope my school doesn’t force us to… but why the froggys? But CATS? Oh my gosh.   When I dissected a frog my lab partner kept stabbing it with the scalpel and I kept telling her that we had to work because I didn’t want a bad grade. She wasn’t even supposed to be my lab partner she joined the class a little while after our first lab and was put in the first open seat, the one next to me.

oh stories.
So last week, I was in math class and we were doing some hands on activity. Being me AND in math class, things start getting crazy. Like crazy. Bascially you could say the entire class
was drunk. So me walking around the room one second, then BAMM!!! For no absolute reason everyone is one the floor cracking up for no apparent reason. 2 minutes later….
I start singing my catchphrase I BELEIVE I CAN FLY, I BELIEVE I CAN TOUCHHHH THE SKY!!!! and two of my friends sstart coming over to my desk and start pushing me down. ( they aren’t bad friends, they just have weird mehotds) one moment later I fall on the floor and there is an audible hit to the metal pole and I wont explain what happens next.
